After50 Marketing takes an informed, strategic approach to mature marketing. In fact, our marketing process is rooted in some of the most advanced market planning and strategic consulting practices being executed today.

Our level of planning and strategy, program development, tactical execution, and public relations efforts yield high levels of success in building qualified leads and awareness, resulting in sales.

We’re passionate (and finicky) about clear and informative writing. Mature consumers demand it in order to make good decisions before they spend their time and money.

Most importantly, we know how to create attention-grabbing advertising, design compelling brochures, produce direct mail campaigns, and develop appealing and functional websites for the Mature Market.

In fact, we’ve won national creative awards doing just that.

We're proud to have worked in a variety of industries, and for a myriad of clients. The common theme for all? An interest in attracting clientele over the age of 50. After all, that’s what we do best.

Our Principals

Kelly P. Kroll - Founder and President
Kelly has more than 20 years of proven success helping companies turn industry trends and evolving customer needs into competitive advantage and revenue.

Kelly’s resume includes management positions at several Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T and Dun & Bradstreet, as well as serving as consultant to businesses, law firms, and government agencies. He has a broad range of experience in launching new ventures and in helping companies achieve their next stage of growth by improving marketing effectiveness and becoming more customer-focused.

He founded After50 Marketing, having co-owned and operated a successful full service general practice marketing communications firm, Marketing Renovations, LLC, for 10 years.

With the success of Marketing Renovations, Kelly decided to follow his own consulting advice: Focus on meeting a unique and crucial market need. And, with that, After 50 Marketing was born.

Kelly earned his MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and is a graduate of Yale University.

Alison K. Hurwitz - Principal
Alison has an impressive record of direct involvement helping businesses and non-profits plan, develop, and execute strategic, integrated marketing communications programs.

She has held senior marketing, advertising, and public relations positions for 15 years in the healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer products industries. The industries may change, but her think-it-through approach to marketing remains the same.

Alison graduated from Yale University with degrees in Sociology and Economics. Alison uses her college degree and its specialization in demographics to help clients understand their target market segments and what their customers want and need.
